An 18-year-old male suffered a severe brain injury after falling from a high-rise building in Ho Chi Minh City
A press conference was given on the afternoon of November 20.Dan TriDr. Vu Duc Nhan, Deputy Head of the Department of General Planning at Saigon General Hospital (HCMC), the hospital was treated as an emergency due to severe labor.
Accordingly, at 8:30 that day, the hospital received an 18-year-old male employee and his colleagues took him out of the hospital in a coma.
The patient was initially diagnosed with severe brain damage.
Assessing the patient’s condition as needing active intervention, Saigon General Hospital consulted with Gia Dinh People’s Hospital at 8:50 a.m. to transfer the patient to a higher level.
As soon as they received the news, the authorities were present at the scene and closed the construction project to investigate the cause of the accident.
