The customer was miserable because the facility closed while they were getting their teeth done
during the year
Duck Lake Health Department Inspectors imposed additional fines and suspended Tam Tree Smile Dental Clinic for 18 months effective September 6.
Mr. Ngo Van Thanh (60 years old, living in Ia Drang town, Ia Halio district) saw an advertisement for Tam Tri Smile Dental Clinic on Facebook and went to this facility to make 4 types of toothpaste.
After discussing with the clinic, Mr. Tah decided to implant 4 dentures and 4 pillars at a cost of 47 million VND.
After that, he signed a contract with Tam Tri Smile Dental on June 17 and paid 30 million VND in advance for dental treatment.
Talk to PVDan TriMr. Thanh shared: “The clinic inserted 4 posts into my teeth and made an appointment for a follow-up examination. But when I arrived in early November, the clinic was closed and surgery was not possible. When I asked the staff said they already had it, I was worried about having to pay the fee.”
“Every time I go from one district to another city for dental work, I have to travel more than 100km. It’s very difficult, but now I don’t know how to straighten my teeth and commit,” Mr. Tah said angrily.
Also according to Mr. Tah, because he was too impatient, he asked for the address many times and was given the address and directions to the dental facility in Ho Chi Minh City by Tam Tri Smile Dental staff.
Hearing the news, Mr. Tah got on the bus from Dak Lak to Ho Chi Minh City and learned that the two clinics were unrelated, so he asked him to work again with Tham Tri Smile Dental Clinic.
“I feel like the clinic is irresponsible to customers, like ‘taking my child to the market’ for the past few weeks has caused me toothache and difficulty eating. I hope the authorities will take measures and request the authorities to handle it. “Oh, get your teeth done, otherwise take the money and go somewhere else to get your teeth done. I guess I’ll have to go back,” Mr. Thanh said.
Over the phone, the owner of Tam Tree Smile Dental Clinic admitted that the clinic had closed, reclaimed the premises and was no longer doing business.
At the same time, this person believes that customers who have signed a dental treatment contract will hand it over to another facility to continue.
According to the Director of Dak Lak State Department of Health Protection on this issue, if the dental clinic owner does not perform medical examination and treatment according to the contract, customers can send a letter to the department’s health inspection agency.
In addition, according to the leaders of the Duck Lake Health Department, customers and dental clinic representatives must bear civil responsibility for medical examinations and medical contracts.
Therefore, when the dental facility closes, the owner of the facility is responsible for bringing customers to a reputable facility to continue the treatment contract and ensure the customer’s rights.
